Fujairah Chamber and the Federation of UAE Chambers Explore New Avenues for Cooperation and Mechanisms to Empower the Business Sector

The Fujairah Chamber of Commerce and Industry and the Federation of UAE Chambers explored new avenues for cooperation and mechanisms to empower the business sector, as well as economic and investment partnerships that contribute to enhancing the investment environment in the Emirate.

This came during a meeting held at the headquarters of the Fujairah Chamber between H.E. Mohammed Ahmed Al Yamahi, Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Fujairah Chamber of Commerce and Industry, and H.E. Humaid Mohammed Bin Salem, Secretary-General of the Federation of UAE Chambers, along with his accompanying delegation, in the presence of members of the Fujairah Chamber’s Board of Directors and its Director General.

During the meeting, both sides reviewed future plans and directions that contribute to attracting high-quality opportunities and developing strategies that align with the UAE’s sustainable development aspirations.

H.E. Mohammed Ahmed Al Yamahi stated that the Fujairah Chamber of Commerce and Industry, during its new term (2026–2029), is committed to continuing the development of the business environment and strengthening the Chamber’s role as an active partner in opening new investment avenues regionally and internationally. He also highlighted the importance of exploring all means and opportunities that enhance the competitiveness of local products and address challenges facing entrepreneurs and investors.

For his part, H.E. Sultan Juma Al Hindasi, Director General of the Fujairah Chamber of Commerce and Industry, affirmed that the meeting represents a key foundation for unifying visions and integrating efforts to support the investment ecosystem, serve the business community, empower investors, facilitate trade, and introduce innovative initiatives based on innovation and digital transformation. This aims to create an integrated business environment and a genuine partnership that translates ideas into tangible programmes and initiatives on the ground.
